Who will answer when I
call 1-800-315-7483?
Most men who call
our service are surprised that a live operator answers the phone most of the
time. The live operator will explain how the service works and will take your
credit card information personally. Occasionally, you will get a voice mail
if we are unavailable. In that case, you are more than welcome to leave your
name and number if you would like a call back. We do not have an automated
system which requires you to punch in your information with a touch tone phone-
we do it all personally.
What do I need to know about
paying by credit card BEFORE I call?
You will need to have
your valid credit card- Visa, Mastercard, or American Express-ready in hand
when you call our service. First time callers need to be calling from the
telephone number that is listed with your credit card company- generally this
is your home phone number. We do this to protect you and us against fraud.
We want to verify that you are the REAL cardholder and not someone who has
stolen someone else's credit card. After you have used our service and we
become familiar with you, you may call us from outside your home. This way
if you are at your office or away on a business trip and would like to talk,
you can do so without any problems. All you have to do is tell us your first
and last name and let us know that you have called before and we will take
it from there. We will also need the following in order to process your order:
Your full name as it appears on your credit card, your billing address including
any apartment or suite numbers, your home telephone number, your credit card
number and expiration date.
When I call the 800 number will
it appear on my phone bill?
No! Our service bills by credit card
only. The charge will appear as "Danco" on your credit card statement.
Are there any limits on the types
of subjects we can discuss?
No! Calls are unrestricted and uncensored!
